We delivered a complete digital overhaul for our Pestio, who provide pest control services. The solution manages all aspects of the business; customer queries, schedule visits, manage customers and ultimately enhancing the overall customer experience.

Appointment Management
A robust appointment management module means that scheduling and tracking of pest control procedures is easily visible. Clients can manage their appointments through their section of the portal too, ensuring prompt and reliable service delivery.


Customer Query Handling
The system includes a customer query management feature, enabling seamless communication between customers and the pest control service provider. Customers can submit queries, concerns, or feedback through the system, and our client’s team can respond promptly, fostering strong customer relationships.
Client Management
The system provides a dedicated module to manage client relationships. It allows our client to maintain a comprehensive database of their clients, including contact information, service history, and preferences. CRM Integration
To streamline customer relationship management, our system seamlessly integrates with a customer relationship management (CRM) platform. This integration facilitates efficient tracking of customer interactions, managing customer accounts, and analysing customer data for targeted marketing campaigns and service improvement initiatives.
Reporting and Analytics
The system generates detailed reports and provides analytics on various aspects, such as service performance, customer feedback, and appointment trends. Login Page
To enhance the security and streamline the authentication process, Replaced the traditional system login page with an Azure (Microsoft) login page. This transition allows users to authenticate using their Azure credentials, which offers robust security measures.
Once a user successfully logs in through the Azure portal, we retrieve an access token from the Azure login portal. This token serves as proof of authentication. We store the access token in two secure locations: a local cache and the browser’s local storage. Storing it in the local cache enables quick retrieval for subsequent requests, while storing it in the browser’s local storage ensures persistence across sessions.
For each API request made from the web server, we include the access token in the request headers to authenticate the request. This approach ensures that the web server and the APIs are authenticated using the provided token. By implementing these changes, we have achieved a more secure login process, leveraging Azure’s authentication mechanisms. Storing the access token in both local cache and local storage helps improve efficiency and ensures the user’s authentication state persists across sessions.

Summary
Pest control system is ERP base web portal where admin can manage employees, sales, recruiters, payroll, and reports. Employee are associated with route, sales, work history and payroll process. There are many tasks admin can do using this system.
- Add employees and relative data to particular zone
