The challenge was to create a comprehensive solution featuring mobile and web job management for students, an administrative system to oversee jobs, requests, and user onboarding, integrated messaging for direct communication, and payment functionality for both students and employers.
The Solution
Task Creator Development
We developed a Task Creator where users create tasks i.e. what they need, budgets and images/videos.
All tasks appear in an admin menu where applicant activity—hires made, payments, and total applications—can be monitored and managed. Both students and hirers have an Inbox for task and chat notifications. The system restricts the number of applicants per task and sets application deadlines.
The Result
The system centralised task tracking and applicant management, enabling admins to monitor hires, payments, and applications efficiently. Real-time notifications kept users informed, while limits on applicants and application periods ensured process control and fairness.
