Centralised rate tables and algorithms handling country, zone, mode, weight/volume and distance from city centres. Automatic selection of the right pricing path based on origin, destination, service level and item type. Logic for surcharges, remote locations and other conditions built into the engine rather than scattered across documents.
Admin console
A dedicated interface for the baggage team to maintain rates, zones and rules. Full transparency into how each quote was produced, step by step. Ability to configure country‑specific terms & conditions and deposit requirements.
